Grande swell no sul do Brasil - Big swell in south Brazil
No Sabado, dia 7 de Maio de 2011, o Sul do Brasil recebeu um swell de bom tamanho.
As ondas chegavam de 8 a 10 pes, em alguns lugares da costa.
Um dos picos que segura maiores ondulacoes e' a Praia do Cardoso, e foi pra la que nos fomos.
Eu ja tinha surfado la muitas vezes antes, mas nunca com uma prancha grande. Eu pude ver que onda tem um grande potencial de servir de treino para os que gostam de encarar umas ondas maiores. Foi um dia otimo de muitas ondas e muitas vacas, com um clima de amizade dentro da agua como em qualquer outro pico de ondas grandes do mundo.

with waves reaching 8 to 10 feet in some places on the coast.
One of the best places was 'Praia do Cardoso .
I had already ridden it many times before but never with a big board. I could see that wave has a great potential to serve as training for those who like to surf some bigger waves. It was a great day and many waves , with a climate of friendship inthe water like any other big-wave spot in the world.
